  I have been registered here for a good few years now because i live minutes away. I have had a number of physical disabilities and some serious mental health problems. I also have a war pension. I am really not happy at all. I keep getting passed from one doctor to another, so there is not one doctor that knows me well enough to really care about me. It makes me feel trapped and alone with no support. This is not good for me. Recently i needed my doctors support and on paper she replied that she does not know me well enough to support me. And as a consequence this has negatively brought to me much anxiety and problems. This is really bad for someone like me. I just don't know what else to do. No wonder people commit suicide.

  I have been at this practice for over 20 years and have seen many changes and doctors. In the early days I have sat for nearly 2hours before I was seen by the doctor the surgery was nearly always full to bursting. The methods over the years of making an appointment have been greatly improved. On very few occassions have I been unable to obtain an appointment on the day I've rang. This is understandable at certain times especially during winter months. I have always found the reception staff to be helpful and efficient and they do try and fit you in if possible. There was a period when the surgery seemed to lose a few doctors one after the other namely Drs Pleasance Shah and Taylor who I miss but recently a lot of new doctors have arrived at the surgery and I have seen most of them and I feel that the surgery has regained the friendliness and experience it had previously. I am very satisfied with the service I get from this surgery. Also I'd like to say that the pharmacy staff are plesant and helpful too

  Most unhelpful front of house and telephone service ever experienced. They simply don't listen and quite happy to have patients sat there in tears until closing time without offering any help. Making a formal complaint to the CQC.
